It's officially Q4! 😮

Just three short months left in 2024, which means the budgeting and planning season is about to consume A LOT of our time for many.

🎯 No doubt, it's important to have a destination in mind and a roadmap for how to get there, but this tedious, spreadsheet-filled time of year often bogs us down. What's worse is that thoughtfully composed plans often end up sitting on a shelf or falling victim to unforeseen circumstances and never having the impact we intended.

Many teams are facing tighter budgets as a result of economic uncertainty. Add to this some really steep growth targets fueled by efficiency expectations from automation and access to AI and suddenly you are grappling with what to focus on. Far too often is an irrational target set simply because it sounds good, but isn't rooted in anything resembling reality.

📈 This very quickly puts many teams in a metric-chasing mode where you ultimately lose sight of the main objective many of us are here to achieve: connect with customers and help them solve problems. This is how you grow a business!
